About Us

PE&M was found by Mogaile Mogashoa in 2009, he is a Mechanical Engineer by profession, graduated at the then Rand Afrikaans University. He has experiences in industrial compressed air systems, FMCG (fast moving consumer goods) operations and extensive projects engineering in mining and construction.

The target market is made of government institutions and companies in the private sector looking to design, procure and install new systems, improve current systems or overhauling of systems. Development of operating or maintenance engineering models and the actual Maintenance of engineering systems is also part of PE&M ‘s services. Further to the installations and maintenance, the company’s target market are institutions that requires their projects to be managed professionally from conception to completion, we offer Project Management services at all levels by undertaking project integration with all stakeholders involved.

PE&M ‘s services also include undertaking of feasibility studies (bankable studies included), costing of projects (CAPEX and OPEX), facilitation of engineering tenders processes (Procurement), commissioning of engineering products and hand-over.
